Screen, interview and select surgeon providers and create the right mix of mindset, expertise, and geographic distribution of surgeons in each market

Develop and grow the list of procedural codes (CPT codes) and their associated ICD-10 diagnosis codes that can be suitably performed in appropriate outpatient surgical venues.
