SurgeryTrack Services: 

​

  • Screen, interview and select surgeon providers and create the right mix of mindset, expertise, and geographic distribution of surgeons in each market

​

  • Develop and grow the list of procedural codes (CPT codes) and their associated ICD-10 diagnosis codes that can be suitably performed in appropriate outpatient surgical venues. The CPT codes lists are compiled through expert review of evidence based literature and by establishing peer driven clinical consensus in local markets.

  • Establish patient selection criteria for safe performance of outpatient neurosurgical and orthopedic spine procedures.​​​

  • Commit to creating a bundled payment system for predetermined episodes of care based on local historical expenditure in the corresponding service lines that include shared savings for the network providers.​
